This is a board for asking questions about the forum and making suggestions (e.g. “add a board for this topic” or “add this event to the calendar”). In order to make it easier for the staff to address your thread, please keep the information in this post in mind.

Before starting a thread

First search this board to see if anyone has already made a thread covering your topic – it may be that your question has already been answered or your suggestion decided on by the staff. Threads that are deemed to be duplicates of other threads will be removed. With that said, there’s some slack for older inquiries since the circumstances may have changed.

Information to include

The thread-title should be concise but descriptive. A more thorough description should be added to the post-body itself if needed. (Add one to be on the safe side if you’re unsure.)

A thread should only be about one inquiry. If you have multiple, please split them into several threads, each covering one inquiry.

After your inquiry is resolved

If you asked a question, please indicate that you’ve received a satisfactory answer. A staff-member will apply the “Solved”-label to your post. If you made a suggestion, the staff will respond with the decision and the motivation for the decision. Your thread will be labelled with either “Accepted” or “Rejected.”

Threads are not locked after being resolved, so the conversation may continue and additional concerns can be raised in post.
