New board for discussing competitive gameplay added

The “Competitive”-board is a new board where competitive gameplay can be shared and discussed. While the TF2 Classic’s developers have said they view the game as being purely casual, this is of course not to say that it can’t or won’t be played competitively.

Admittedly I don’t know if the game has a significant competitive-community and I’m also basically entirely ignorant about competitive play of TF2 generally, so if further accommodation is required please take it to Suggestions and questions.
